Above all, MEISTER has made the parquet range simpler and more compact: Seven collections offer a wide variety of formats, colours and surface finishes, but without becoming confusing. Formerly eleven different gradings have been combined into four new gradings – this not only makes it easier to advise customers, but also to select the right parquet flooring. For the first time, there is partial cross-collection colour consistency, which makes it possible to lay the same parquet colour in different formats or patterns.
The heart of the MeisterParquet. longlife range is PD 400, a classic plank collection (2200 x 180 mm) with 16 naturally oiled and 16 matt lacquered surfaces – from polar white to smoked, it covers a wide range of colours, but there is a clear focus on natural oak shades. The planks are complemented by six surfaces in the MeisterParquet. longlife PD 450 collection, which fill more of the visual space in a room with their 2400 x 255 format.
The existing PC 400 collection with its characteristic planked and naturally oiled surface is complemented by four matt lacquered products that also feature a beautifully varied multi-strip look but are not planked, making for gentler visuals.
New click system for a herringbone look
PS 500 and PS 400 parquet floorings are equipped with the new patented UniZip click system and are now even easier to install. The advantage: Instead of A and B planks that have to be laid alternately, a single type of plank can now be used on both the left and right side of the herringbone pattern. PS 300 is an additional strip collection with the same colours as the eight matt lacquered PS 500 surfaces. The MeisterParquet. longlife range is rounded off by the two basic collections PD 200 (plank) and PC 200 (3-strip). The technical properties of the HDF parquet flooring have not changed under the new name, however. Thanks to its HDF middle layer, MeisterParquet. longlife is ideal for underfloor heating (with floating installation, as well); the planks’ own high weight means that they are particularly quiet, and they also feature improved dent-resistance.
