It is also suitable for non-absorbent floors, such as marble, old tile floors, etc. Due to the combination of high-quality epoxy binding agents and the hygrophobic properties of quartz powder, Devo® Primer HydroBlock 3C has exceptional waterproof qualities and provides excellent adhesion. Devo® Primer HydroBlock 3C can therefore be used for applications where other primers will not suffice. Finally, Devo® Primer Express PU is a fast-drying, waterless, and solventless PU primer for fixing dusty covering floors and screeds and it acts as insulation against residual damp.
